Application:

If necessary, first remove eye make-up with Dr. Spiller Eye Make-up Remover. Dab Hydro-Marin® Cleansing Foam (3-4 pumps) onto the face, neck and décolleté, emulsify with moist fingertips and then remove with lukewarm water. Follow with cotton pads soaked in Hydro-Marin® Freshener to tone the skin.
