The silk proteins of real silk have a moisturising and firming effect. As their structure is very similar to that of the skin, optimal cross-linking of the upper skin layers is made possible. The regenerative functions of the skin are promoted and the lipid barrier is stabilised. The silky film effectively protects against moisture loss and preserves the skin's natural moisture balance. Intensively hydrated and firmed, the skin acquires a velvety-soft radiance.
